Verified Cleaners in Lagos
HRWeySabi Consults is a staffing agency based in Lagos that places background-checked cleaners with homes and companies across Lagos State.
Professional cleaners for a cleaner, healthier home, background checked by our team.
Why it matters
We screen every cleaner and their guarantors before they work with you.
A cleaner has access to your home and your property, so trust matters as much as skill.
Who hires a cleaner
Busy families
Busy families in Lagos often do not have time to keep the house in order after work, school runs and traffic. A cleaner takes that load off and gives you back your evenings and weekends.
Large and growing homes
Large homes, homes with young children and homes with older relatives often need regular help to stay clean and healthy.
Offices and companies
Companies also hire cleaners to keep offices, reception areas and shared spaces tidy for staff and visitors. In every case, the cleaner will be around your property, so trust comes first.
What to look for when hiring
- 1
Confirm their identity
Ask for a valid means of identification and check that the details match.
- 2
Check their guarantors
Speak with the guarantors yourself. They should know the cleaner well and be willing to stand for them.
- 3
Ask for references
Talk to past employers. Ask about reliability, honesty and the quality of their work.
- 4
Agree on duties clearly
List the rooms, tasks, days and hours you expect. Say clearly which areas are private and which items need special care.
- 5
Start with clear house or office rules
Explain how you want keys, valuables and cleaning products handled from day one.
